HOW DOES THE IMPLEMENTATION WORK?
1. You contact us with your request and idea.
2. We will present the entire VendPRO system and its possibilities to you at a personal or online meeting.
3. If the offered solution makes sense to you, we will design a suitable type of equipment and layout of the machine for the dispensed products. A complete price offer is included.
4. When the customer agrees to the offered solution, an agreement is signed and a minimum deposit is paid. At this point, your machine begins to be equipped according to your specific need and requirements.
5. The next step is IT communication (data transfer, connection options, card format, etc. – there is nothing to worry about, you communicate everything directly with us) and delivery of samples to test the dispensing.
6. The machine is made and set-up for you, you just need to arrange the installation date and employee training.
7. When everything is going as it should, the machine will arrive to you within 4-6 weeks of signing the agreement (in some cases even faster, but it depends on the readiness and speed of communication).
